Redevelopment Construction Updates![]() Main Street is shifting into high gear! Construction has begun on Main Street and in The Speed Zone. The dirt is moving on Phase One and the project is on schedule to be completed by May 2010, just in time for the month-long celebration of the Indianapolis 500. Check back for periodic construction updates and photos showing our progress below. Main Street Construction Timeline: Phase I: Closed from 11th Street to 13th Street until May 2010 July 27, 2010Phase 3 of the Main Street project is anticipated to start Monday, August 9th. Construction signage will be placed a few days prior to that start date. We will continually work on parking availability throughout Phases 3 and 4 and will post updates as each new solution emerges.
