Workers will begin laying water pipes at 10th St. and head north on Main St. Sanitary sewer lines will also start being placed at 11th St. going north, then from 11th St. going south. AT&T will also begin their underground work. Miller Pipeline and Citizen’s Gas contractors are in the process of re-routing the underground gas lines.
