Leaders of diverse industries discuss how they’re going beyond the basic responsibilities to dynamically address and involve a new workforce and consumer. They’ll explore trends in four focus areas within the cause/nonprofit and corporate spaces (presented consecutively):

• Culture – Hear how to redefine an organization’s culture to build a stronger business.
• Relationships – Discover how interpersonal communication and technologies build transparent relationships among constituents and consumers.
• Talent – Learn how to use talent and financial assets to build stronger products, services and human-centered organizations.
• Movements – See how an interconnected community creates movements within a new consumer and activist generation focused on a common purpose.

The INDY REDEFINED headliner brings it all together at 5:10 p.m.

Philanthropy Redefined, Part of Indy 5×5 | re: Populate – 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
We are a city of producers, creators and citizens – and we know that the ultimate vote of confidence in a city is its residents choosing to live inside the city limits. Five finalists will each have five minutes to present an arts-inspired idea to invigorate urban living. One will win a $10,000 prize to implement his or her idea and spark a movement. 5x5indy.com
