Speedway Public Library

The community of Speedway is proud to offer its residents their own, independent public library, built through the efforts of local residents and the support of community civic groups.

Today, the Speedway Public Library has over 90,000 items in its collection. Besides popular fiction and informational books, books on automobile racing are collected as a special interest to library patrons. Speedway Public Library also provides popular magazines, books on tape, music CDs, DVDs, electronic databases, public Internet, and a wireless network. The library offers a wide variety of special programs and events for children and adults.
